Energy - The Awakening (The Energy Chronicles: Book I) (Kindle Edition) Wow! This was such a great book. I love Brighton and I love Lily. The book was such a great read, it reminds of David Eddings, whose books I adore. I love how the story progresses, my favourite character would have to be mischief.
My favourite line from the book would have to be when Brighton asks John what marbles are as he had been told he had lost his, though he never thought he had any in the first place, it really made me laugh.
Lily and Brighton go through so many hardships starting at their home in Clareton, and it seems to follow them for most of the stroy, they lose and sacrifice so much, but they also find joy and happiness along the way even with all the evils chasing them from place to place.
I really love this book and I can''t wait to read the next in the series.
